Our references: systems in production, verifiable in a demonstration.
PropulAI's references are systems that run: DocAgora, our e-health platform in Portugal, ten internal vertical SaaS products in production, and more than fifty sites and platforms delivered since 2024.
These are internal proofs, owned as such: they are visited in a demonstration rather than displayed as logos.
Detailed client case studies are available on request, during the diagnostic: we publish no client figure without a baseline and written agreement.

Fig. 01 · Three internal proofs, all in production or delivered.
Our references come down to three proofs: DocAgora, our e-health platform in production in Portugal; ten internal vertical SaaS products we run ourselves; and more than fifty sites and platforms delivered to more than seventy clients since 2024.
These are internal proofs, and we own them as such: a system you run yourself, in production, can be visited in a demonstration. A wall of logos cannot.
02
DocAgora operates in the most demanding setting: healthcare.
DocAgora is our e-health platform in Portugal, the local equivalent of a Doctolib: appointment booking, patient records, and a strictly governed conversational agent.
The setting is more demanding than the day-to-day management of an SME: health data, human oversight on every sensitive action, systematic logging. The agent takes no action on its own, and every conversation leaves its trace.
It is the standard we then bring back down to management documents: if the architecture holds for health data, it holds for quotes and invoices.
03
We run ten SaaS products ourselves, built on our own components.
Ten internal vertical SaaS products run in production: line-of-business software we built for our own needs and those of specific niches, on the same components as our engagements: French infrastructure, PostgreSQL, European models.
It is our permanent test bench. A component that breaks at our end breaks before it reaches a client, and managed operations that cost too much show up first on our own invoices.
This position changes the nature of the advice: we do not recommend architectures read about in the press, we recommend the ones we pay for and run ourselves.
04
Case studies are shared on request, and here is why.
Detailed case studies are available on request, during the diagnostic. We do not publish client figures on this page, and that is a choice: a percentage gain published without a baseline or the client's written agreement is a reconstructed figure.
Our rule is set: a client case will only be published here with a documented baseline and the written agreement of the company concerned. Until then, the proofs on display are our own, verifiable in a demonstration.
It is the same discipline as with our prices and our certifications: nothing is shown as acquired before it is.
05
The person you meet is the one who builds.
Behind these systems, there is no sales team and separate production team: the person who runs the diagnostic is the one who designs the architecture and then replies, within 24 business hours.
It is the advantage of a small firm, and we claim it: at a large consultancy, the SME owner never meets the partner from the brochure. Here, the thirty-minute appointment is booked with the person who will do the work.
