Privacy policy
This page describes what the propul-ai.com website collects, why, who the data is passed to and how long it is kept.
It covers only the data you leave on this site: forms, booking, audience measurement. Documents and databases entrusted to us during an engagement follow a separate regime, described in the last section.
01
The data controller is Propul'SEO
PropulAI is the brand of the AI and data infrastructure practice of Propul'SEO. Propul'SEO determines the purposes and means of the processing described here.

We collect what you type, and navigation measurements
No data is bought, enriched from a third party or inferred through profiling. What you do not type, we do not have.
What you type
- Work email address, first name, and phone number if you choose to leave one (it stays optional).
- Answers to the AI exposure diagnostic questionnaire.
- Your company name and the content of your message, when you write to us.
- Whether or not you gave your consent, with its date.
What browsing produces
- IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed and time spent, connection dates.
- Our audience tool only collects these measurements after your explicit consent; without consent, nothing is set.
03
Every piece of data serves an identified purpose
- Sending you what you asked for: your diagnostic result, the executive guide, an answer to your message.
- Arranging a meeting when you book one.
- Proportionate commercial follow-up: if you leave a phone number, a single call, never an automated sequence.
- Producing aggregated, anonymised statistics from questionnaire answers, with no identifying data in the results.
- Measuring site audience to improve it, only if you consented.
- Meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Your diagnostic answers are never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate an artificial intelligence model.
04
Three legal bases underpin this processing
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without justification, and without affecting what was done before the withdrawal.
- Consent
- Guide delivery, audience measurement, follow-ups
- Legitimate interest
- Answering an inbound request, site security
- Contract performance
- Managing engagements under way
- Legal obligation
- Accounting and tax obligations
05
Our processors are named, not summarised as "our partners"
Your data is accessible to the Propul'SEO team handling your request, and to the technical providers below, each for the stated purpose only. It is never sold, rented or transferred.
- OVH
- Website hosting, France
- Brevo
- Email delivery and contact management
- Supabase
- Customer relationship database
- Cal.com
- Meeting booking
- Google Analytics
- Audience measurement, after consent
- Google Fonts
- Loading of typefaces
Transfers outside the European Union
- Website hosting and email delivery stay within the European Union.
- Audience measurement and font loading involve Google, whose processing may entail a transfer outside the European Union, framed by the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Audience measurement only activates with your consent; fonts, however, load as soon as the page is displayed.
We would rather write it than let you find out: as of today, this site is not free of every non-European third party.
06
Data is kept for as long as needed, then deleted
- Prospects
- 3 years from last contact
- Clients
- Duration of the relationship, then 5 years
- Accounting
- 10 years, legal obligation
- Cookie consent
- 6 months
- Audience measurement
- 13 months maximum

Access is restricted and traffic is encrypted
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to customer relationship tools is personal and limited to the people who need it.
In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, we notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform you directly where the risk is high.
10
Documents entrusted during an engagement never pass through this site
Two things are often confused. The data described above is prospect data: what you leave on a public website.
Engagement data is of a different nature: documents, databases and access handed over under a contract. It does not pass through this site, it lives on French infrastructure or on your own servers, it is never used to train a model, and it leaves with you at the end of the engagement under the conditions written into the contract.
That distinction is the heart of our commitment: it is detailed in the page devoted to sovereign AI.
