Sovereignty
Your data never leaves the EU. This is not an option, it is the architecture.
Everything we build runs on European infrastructure, hosted in France, or on your own servers. The models used by default are European.
These three points appear in the contract, together with the exit clause: models used, location, conditions for leaving. If you leave, nothing locks shut: you take the installation over, or hand it to whoever you choose.
