Who is PropulAI: three acts, one thread, your management processes.
PropulAI is the AI & data infrastructure practice of Propul'SEO, a French agency founded in 2024: more than fifty sites and platforms delivered, ten internal SaaS products in production, more than seventy clients across France and Portugal.
The trajectory comes in three acts: sites and SEO, ERPs and business platforms, then SaaS and AI, each with what it taught us.
It is led by Étienne Guimbard, founder: the person you see is the one who builds, from diagnostic to managed operations.
01
PropulAI is the third act of a trajectory, not a reinvention.
Act 01
Since 2024
Sites and SEO
Custom-coded, search-optimised sites for French SMEs: trades, healthcare, real estate, hospitality.
Learned: visibility is measured, or it counts for nothing.
Act 02
Structuring
ERPs and business platforms
ERPs built to measure around real processes: quotes, orders, invoicing, operations.
Learned: value lives in the management processes, not in the tool.
Act 03
The current practice
SaaS and AI
Ten internal vertical SaaS products in production, DocAgora in e-health in Portugal, and the AI & data infrastructure practice.
Learned: a system is only worth something if it is operated over time.

PropulAI is the AI & data infrastructure practice of Propul'SEO, an agency founded in 2024: digital project management, business platforms, and now AI. Three acts, in this order: sites and SEO, then ERPs, then SaaS and AI.
The thread is the same from the first act to the third: the management processes of SMEs. AI did not reach us as a trend, it arrived as the logical next step after years spent in our clients' quotes, orders and invoices.
02
Sites taught us that visibility is measured, or it counts for nothing.
The first act is custom-coded, search-optimised sites for SMEs: trades, healthcare, real estate, hospitality. More than fifty sites and platforms delivered since 2024, more than seventy clients across France and Portugal.
What this act left behind: the discipline of measurement. A site is judged on rankings and inbound enquiries, not on mock-ups. That demand for a measurable result carried straight into our AI practice: figures measured at your premises, never promises.
03
ERPs taught us where value lives: in the management processes.
The second act is ERPs and business platforms built to measure: quotes, orders, invoicing, scheduling, around each company's real processes rather than a generic software package.
What this act left behind: an intimate knowledge of management documents, and the conviction that this is where AI pays off first. Our current practice, document processing for management, was born on these projects: you do not plug a copilot into an ERP you do not understand from the inside.
04
SaaS and AI taught us that a system is judged over time.
The third act is today's: ten internal vertical SaaS products in production, DocAgora in e-health in Portugal, and the AI & data infrastructure practice, with the same sovereignty requirements as the rest of the agency.
What this act teaches every day: a system is only worth something if it is operated. Models move on, data changes, an unmaintained infrastructure degrades; running our own SaaS forces this reality on us before it reaches a client.
05
The person you see is the one who builds.
PropulAI is led by Étienne Guimbard, founder of Propul'SEO: vision, architecture and product, five years of experience in AI. The thirty-minute diagnostic is taken with him, and he is the one who then designs the architecture and replies within 24 business hours.
This is a structural choice, not a limit: at a large firm, the person on the brochure is not the one on the project. Here, you have a dedicated point of contact, end to end, and it is written into our service commitments.
06
Our work is anchored to published texts, and nothing is displayed before it is earned.
Our method draws on public frameworks: the EU AI Act, the GDPR, the NIST AI RMF and the ISO/IEC 42001, 23894 and 42005 standards. Every deliverable ties back to them, so it can be checked by a lawyer or an auditor.
We are members of the IAPP, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and we are following the certifying programmes PECB ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer and AIGP. The wording is exact on purpose: a membership is stated as 'member', a programme as 'in progress', and nothing will be displayed here as certified before it is.
