A guide written to decide, not to evangelise.
The executive guide is a seven-chapter document, without jargon, written for executives of SMEs from 10 to 250 employees, with or without an in-house IT department.
It starts from what is real: the AI uses already present in almost every SME, often on personal accounts, before any written rule. Then it gives the moves: the obligations that really concern you, the policy to have signed, the measurement of what searching for information costs.
It is the same reference frame as our engagements: what the guide describes chapter by chapter, the four-week audit does at your premises.

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires AI literacy measures, demonstrable, from any company whose teams use these tools.
On 2 August 2026, the transparency obligation applies to companies that expose a conversational agent or generated content to the public: a minority is concerned, and the guide tells you how to know whether you are one of them.
Finally, from 1 September 2026, every company established in France must be able to receive electronic invoices, under the reform led by the French tax administration (DGFiP). On the usage side, an Odoxa survey in France measures that 12 % of employees use AI at work, and that nearly one in two has never been trained for it.
