AI training for an SME starts from your business cases, not generic examples.

Déclic is hands-on training in generative AI, built on your real business cases: your teams move from "AI is a vague idea" to "I use it every day".

It is the first level of the PropulAI dossier, and it touches no data: no installation, no access to your documents, a room and your cases are enough.

The training can be taken on its own, with no other workstream, or comes included in the following offers: Bastion and Régie each carry their own training volume.

The path follows five moments: collecting your real cases, the applied session, the written procedure, change management, and the documented trace.

The written procedure is the centrepiece: what the session demonstrated, your teams can redo without us, not merely remember.

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act requires AI literacy measures, and the ability to demonstrate them, from any company whose teams use these tools. The text does not speak of mandatory training: it asks for measures, suited to your usage, and demonstrable.

A documented session, with its written procedure and its list of participants, is the simplest way to answer: the document exists, it is dated, it can be produced.

The need is real beyond the regulation: an Odoxa survey in France measures that 12 % of employees already use AI at work, and that nearly one in two has never been trained for it.

A training that stops at the demonstration changes nothing in daily work: the resistance stays, and so do the personal accounts.

Change management is therefore part of the offer: we answer your teams’ concerns, set up the company accounts, and the usage policy gives a written frame to what is allowed.

That is also what closes the grey zone: after the session, usage has a frame, and client data no longer travels through personal accounts.
