Managed operations for an AI: what keeps your system running over time.
An AI system needs upkeep: models evolve, your documents change, an unmaintained infrastructure degrades. Managed operations cover supervision, updates, re-indexing and support.
Three packs scale the commitment: Guet (the base, support within 48 hours), Garde (continuous supervision, a guaranteed reply within 4 hours), Rempart (critical environments, a reinforced SLA).
The subscription does not trap you: reversibility stays written into the contract, and the monthly amounts are published.
01
An AI system is maintained, or it degrades.
An installed AI is not a piece of software you forget: models evolve and depreciate, your documents change and the index goes stale, the infrastructure dependencies call for their security updates.
Without upkeep, the degradation is silent: answers that grow less and less accurate, an index that ignores recent documents, exposed components. Managed operations exist so that this slope never forms.
It is the fifth stage of our engagement protocol, and the only one that does not end: supervision, updates, re-indexing, support, under a written service commitment.
02
Three packs scale the commitment: Guet, Garde, Rempart.
Guet
The foundation: your AI stays stable and up to date.
Response : within 48 h
From€390 / month
Garde
Continuous supervision and improvement over time.
Guaranteed response : within 4 h
From€990 / month
Rempart
For critical and regulated environments.
Incidents : priority, reinforced SLA
From€2,500 / month
Hosting included on a sovereign French cloud: hosted in France, your data stays in the EU. Or deployed on your own server.

Guet is the base: maintenance and model updates every quarter, support within 48 hours, an annual credit of training hours. Your AI stays stable and up to date.
Garde adds continuous supervision: monthly updates and re-indexing of your new documents, monitoring of response time and availability, a guaranteed reply within 4 hours, an extended volume of training.
Rempart is for critical and regulated environments: priority incident handling, continuous compliance monitoring of the EU AI Act, a reinforced SLA, and maintained AI-literacy measures for your teams.
03
Managed operations cover infrastructure, models and usage.
Three planes are held at once. Infrastructure: hosting included on a French sovereign cloud, or deployment on your own server, with its security updates. Models: tracked versions, planned replacements, an index refreshed as your documents change.
And usage: support answers your teams, the training hours keep the reflexes sharp, and every incident leaves its trace, with its handling time.
All under a written commitment: the response times announced are contractual, not indicative.
04
The subscription is not a lock-in: reversibility stays in the contract.
A managed-operations subscription could look like dependence; the reversibility clause prevents it: the models used, where they run, and the exit conditions are set out in the contract, and your data stays in open, exportable formats.
If you leave, nothing locks: you take managed operations back in-house or hand them to whoever you want. We would rather be chosen each month than endured through a contract.
And neutrality holds here as everywhere: we are paid for the project and for managed operations, never for reselling licences.
05
The right pack comes down to three simple questions.
First question: how fast must an incident be handled? A convenience use is fine with 48 hours; a tool that has become daily justifies the 4-hour guarantee; a critical environment demands priority.
Second question: do your documents change often? A living corpus calls for Garde's monthly re-indexing. Third question: are you in a regulated sector? Rempart's compliance monitoring is made for that.
The pack is set during the diagnostic, and it adjusts afterwards: moving up or down a tier is planned for, not penalised.
